HOW TO USE:

Benjani-beri tea

Fresh berry
Combine one tablespoon of fresh benjani-beri with one cup of water in a pot, bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer for 20 minutes. Strain the berries and pour the tea into a mug.
Dried berry
Use one teaspoon of dried benjani-beri per cup of water. Bring the water to a boil, simmer for 20 minutes, strain, and pour into a mug.
Benjaflower
Use one tablespoon of fresh benjaflower blossoms per cup of boiling water. Cover the pot and steep for 10 minutes.
Dried Benjaflower
Use one tablespoon of dried benjani-beri per cup of boiling water. Steep for at least 20 minutes or overnight.
Benjani-beri syrup
Combine equal parts of benjani-beri syrup and boiling water. If the tea is too strong, add more water.
Benjani-beri powder
