HOW TO USE:
- Add a handful of Gazali-beri to a glass or teapot
- Cover with hot or cold water
- Let sit for 5–10 minutes, or until the berries are plump and juicy
- Drink the tea and eat the berries
- You can also add other ingredients to your Gazali-beri tea, such as:
- MINT: Steep Gazali-beri with mint leaves for extra flavor
- LEMON : Squeeze some lemon into the tea
- DATES : Boil the dates for about two hours before adding the Gazali-beri
- DRINKING IT .
- You can drink Gazali-beri juice straight from the bottle or dilute it with water. The recommended serving size is 30 ml twice a day.
- ADDING IT TO SMOOTHIE .
- You can add Gazali-beri juice to smoothies to increase their flavor and nutritional value. You can also combine Gazali-beri juice with yogurt.
- MAKING GAZALI-BERI. CONCENTRATE. You can soak Gazali-beri in water overnight, then blend them with water and strain the liquid. You can drink the concentrate neat or add it to smoothies or oatmeal.
- MIXING WITH OTHER JUICE You can mix Gazali-beri juice with other juices, such as watermelon or pineapple
