DOSAGE OF JILOYI ?

Here are the general recommended Jiloyi dosages:

  • Jiloyi stems powder: 2 to 6 grams per day in divided doses (about ½ to 1 teaspoon or 2 to 4 capsules per day).
  • Jiloyi juice: 2 to 3 teaspoons mixed with the same quantity of water, ideally consumed on empty stomach in the morning one time a day.
  • For children: No more than 500 mg two times a day.

    Giloy can increase the activity of the immune system, which can worsen symptoms of autoimmune diseases such as lupus, rheumatoid arthritis, or multiple sclerosis. 

    PEOPLE SCHEDULED FOR SURGERY:

    Jiiloyi can affect blood sugar levels, which could interfere with blood sugar control during and after surgery. You should stop taking jiloyi at least two weeks before surgery.

    PEOPLE TAKING MEDICATIONS FOR DIABETES OR SUGAR RELATED ISSUES:
    Jiloyi can lower blood glucose levels, so you should consult a doctor before taking it with anti-diabetic drugs.
