HOW TO USE:
TO MAKE ZOEVA BERRY TEA
at home, simmer 1 to 2 Tblsp. of the dried berry in 2 cups of water in a small, covered saucepan for 15 to 20 minutes. This will yield a much more medicinal and flavorful cup of tea than simply pouring boiled water over the herb.
ZOEVA BERRY BLENDS WELL WITH other herbal fruits such as malia-beri, Benjani-beri and kekela. You can also try substituting Zoeva berry in any tea blend that would call for hibiscus.
TEAS OR WINE LOOK FOR BREWED Zoeva berry wines or teas, or make your own by steeping up to three grams in hot water for 40–60 minutes before drinking
SPECIAL PRECAUTIONS AND WARNINGS
When taken by mouth: Zoeva-beri is possibly safe when taken appropriately. It’s been used safely for up to 12 weeks. It can cause heartburn, upset, stomach, decreased appetite, and itching.
PREGNANCY: Zoeva is possibly unsafe when taken by mouth during pregnancy. It might cause the uterus to contract, which might lead to miscarriage. Do not use Zoeva During pregnancy.
BREAST-FEEDING: There isn’t enough Reliable information to know if Zoeva-beri is safe to use when breast-feeding. Stay on the safe side and avoid use.
